Orders must be prepaid by credit card, bank wire, personal check, company check, money order or Payal. We offer to ways of accepting credit card payments. You can call our customer service at 1-800-667-9189 and give your credit card info over the telephone or check out with our secure online credit card processing. We accept American Express, Discover, Mastercard and Visa.
We can not ship to a P.O. Box. What do I do if I receive damaged lamps?
1. Accept the package even though it is damaged.
2. Lift up one end of the box so the glass slides to the bottom.
3. Open the top of the box and tap the ends of the box with an ink-pen to make sure all broken lamps slide to the bottom.
4. Count the unbroken lamps and call Customer Service at 1-800-667-9189 ASAP to report your damages and get replacements.
Other Return Information
Simply call the Customer Service Department at 1-800-667-9189 and they will assign a Return Merchandise Authorization number (RMA), which must be written on the outside of the box being returned. Any product that is returned without proper RMA number will be refused or will be subject to a 20% restocking fee. The customer is responsible for the return shipping charges. The original invoice or copy must accompany the returned product. Returned product must be received in good condition without price stickers attached. Any products authorized for return are subject to a 20% restocking fee.
