What is the damage policy on tanning bed acrylics?
We are not responsible for damaged merchandise that is not signed for as damaged. The consignee must inspect the box before signing for the shipment. It states on the box that if it is not signed for as damaged, American Quality Mfg. Inc. will not be held responsible for replacing merchandise. If consignee does note damages on the delivery receipt, then the consignee has 48 hours to notify customer service. After we verify that the damages were noted on the delivery receipt, we then replace the damaged merchandise asap. 

What is your return policy on tanning bed acrylics?
If an order is placed wrong by the customer, the customer is responsible for all freight charges to and from their tanning salon. If the protective film on the acrylic is removed, then the acrylic can not be returned. If you need to return a tanning bed acrylic for any reason, please follow these instructions. 1.) Call Sunalparts.com at 1-800-667-9189 to schedule a pick up of the returned acrylic. 2.) Please have the acrylic ready and well packaged for the driver. If a pick up is cancelled you will be charged a cancellation fee, as the shipping company charges us $25 per attempted pick up.  

How do I track a package?
Once your package leaves our facility you will receive an email notification from UPS with your tracking number. Sunal Parts customers have several options for tracking packages. You can Call UPS at
1-800-742-5877 and give them your tracking number or track your package online at http://www.ups.com/.
 

What is your return policy for parts that were ordered incorrectly?
Products may be returned for credit within 15 days from the date of purchase. Credit will only be given for the cost of the merchandise less a 20% re-stocking fee. The merchandise must be in original packaging and in the same condition as received. To make a return, Call 1-800-667-9189. Please have your original invoice available when you make the call. Upon approval of the return, you will be given a return authorization number, write this number on the outside of your package being returned. Freight charges on the return shipment are the responsibility of the customer. Any unauthorized returns or cancelations will be subject to a 20% restocking fee. 

What is a call tag?
A call tag is where Sunal Parts issues a return to be made by a carrier to return a package back to Sunal Parts. 

What do I do if a call tag is issued?
Repackage the items you are returning and seal the box. The carrier that is picking up the package will bring a label for you to fill out.
